I swear this is the final time I’m buying anything from this place. I can’t think of anything worse than what’s gone down here. It used to be great, but now it’s just awful. From the get-go, the communication was terrible; I had to chase down everything from my order confirmation to the shipping info. They shipped it in two parts, but I only got one tracking number. The item that showed up wasn’t even what I ordered—it had a different motor, one that’s lower quality, and it’s a different size and shape with different wiring. The customer service rep treated me like I was clueless about pump terms, and he’s always on vacation, so he never gets back to me. I’m still waiting on the wiring diagram for that totally different motor I asked for three weeks ago. I can’t express how let down I am.

I had a tricky requirement for a trash pump and ended up chatting with a bunch of different companies. Cameron at Absolute stood out as the most informed person I encountered. Plus, he was super patient and followed up like a champ while guiding me through this project.
